About This Item

Perfectly Flat Cuts for Even Layer Cakes – The rigid frame holds the wire at a fixed, consistent height across the full diameter of the cake, producing a perfectly horizontal cut that a freehand knife simply cannot replicate
Adjustable Height for Any Cake Thickness – Multiple height settings accommodate thin génoise layers, thick pound cake slabs and everything in between — one tool that handles every leveling and torting task
Thin Wire Cuts Without Tearing the Crumb – The fine wire cuts cleanly through sponge, butter cake and angel food without compressing, tearing or dragging crumbs through the interior of the layer as a serrated knife edge does
Eliminates the Wasted Cake of Knife Trimming – Because the leveler cuts horizontally at an exact set height, it wastes far less cake than manually sawing with a knife while trying to maintain an even line by eye
Essential for Filling, Frosting and Finishing – Even, flat layers stack cleanly, hold filling without sliding and frost smoothly — the foundation of every professional-looking layer cake starts with a properly leveled split
