Product Description

Make short work of prepping proteins for cooking with the OXO Good Grips Die-Cast Meat Tenderizer. This two-sided mallet lets you pound chicken flat for faster broiling or tenderize steaks so they melt in your mouth. The pyramid-shaped teeth are perfect for breaking down tougher fibers to tenderize and prepare meats for marinating. The smooth side quickly flattens meats to a uniform thickness for quick, even cooking. The angle and weight of the head are designed to maximize force without tiring you out. The soft handle fits comfortably in your hand while you work, while its non-slip grip provides traction even when wet. The durable, die-cast aluminum and heavy-duty construction ensure that this useful tool will stand up to frequent use. Hand Wash Only.
