Product Description

The Microplane kitchen grater set will not only make epicureans, cooking enthusiasts, hobby chefs or ambitious cooks go into raptures. This high-quality set, which consists of a professional vegetable slicer, the classic zester grater and a protective glove, makes grating and slicing even more fun. The elegant black gift box contains a black zester grater from the Premium Classic series and a professional vegetable slicer from the Gourmet series and a cutting protection glove from the Specialty series. All indispensable aids for grating and slicing. Used in numerous TV cooking shows worldwide, this classic is one of the must-haves of many professional and amateur chefs. With the razor-sharp, photo-etched blades - made in the USA - food is cut effortlessly and precisely and not torn - just like the professional vegetable slicer of the Gourmet series. It can be used to slice potatoes, courgettes, carrots, beetroot, onions, cucumbers, radishes, mushrooms or apples wafer-thin. Thanks to the non-adjustable blade, the food can always be cut cleanly and evenly in 2 millimetre thickness without much effort. This pre-set blade setting makes everything easier and quicker to do. The protective covers supplied allow the graters to be stored safely. Simply rinse the zester and slicer under running water and leave to dry. Also dishwasher safe. The glove is machine washable (max. 60°C).
