About This Item

HEAVY-DUTY NICKEL-PLATED CONSTRUCTION: Built for restaurants, food trucks, concession stands, catering kitchens, and home use, each wire mesh strainer is made from nickel-plated iron for repeated frying and skimming tasks. The sturdy square frame and fine mesh basket make this deep fryer strainer useful for removing crumbs, food particles, and fried foods from hot cooking oil.
FINE MESH FOR OIL SKIMMING: The tightly woven basket works as an oil strainer for deep fryer use by capturing crumbs, batter pieces, and food debris while allowing hot oil to drain through. This cooking oil strainer is also suitable for lifting fried foods, blanching vegetables, skimming stocks and soups, removing foam, and completing other everyday food preparation tasks.
COATED LONG HANDLE FOR CONTROL: Each kitchen strainer with handle features a 9.25-inch coated grip with an anti-slip surface for comfortable, controlled handling. The extended design keeps hands farther from hot oil while providing added reach for skimming, lifting, draining, and transferring food, making it a practical frying strainer with handle for commercial or home kitchens.
6.5-INCH SQUARE SKIMMING AREA: Measuring 15.75 inches in total length, each fryer skimmer features a 6.5-inch square basket that fits many commercial deep fryers, stockpots, and cooking vessels. The generous basket handles larger portions while the open mesh promotes quick draining, making this deep fryer skimmer suitable for restaurants, cafeterias, catering operations, and food trucks.
EASY TO CLEAN 2-PACK SET: Includes two matching long handle strainers for busy service, batch cooking, or replacement use. The seamless nickel-plated construction and open wire mesh rinse clean easily and are dishwasher safe. Use each food skimmer for frying, filtering oil, blanching vegetables, skimming soups, and other repeated commercial or everyday kitchen tasks.
