Product Description

Product description

Temper the cheese at room temperature for 30–45 min before curling — cold cheese crumbles, rested cheese folds into perfect thin rosettes. For the authentic result, use Tête de Moine AOP: the curler is designed for its exact size and texture, and no other cheese gives the same flower-shaped curls.

Is it suitable for all types of cheese?

It works best with original Swiss Tête de Moine cheese, which is specifically designed to be sliced into delicate rosettes. Other cheeses may crumble and won’t create the same beautiful effect.

How should I clean and maintain it?

Remove the blade after use, wash it with warm water, and dry it thoroughly. Wipe the wooden base with a damp cloth and avoid soaking it in water.

How to assemble the device?

Screw the center pin into the base. Place the cheese on it. Set the blade so it touches the cheese. Turn the handle clockwise — and enjoy delicate cheese rosettes!

How do I adjust thickness?

The thickness is controlled by rotation pressure – lighter pressure creates thinner curls, and firmer pressure creates thicker ones

Is it durable long-term?

Yes, the Girolle Cheese Shaver Tool is designed for repeated and long-term use
